In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available for All purchases. Pickups are available Monday to Friday (9AM to 6PM).
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
Free Shipping
We offer free Standard Courier shipping on orders over 100 Singapore Dollars.
Courier Shipping
Courier shipping are linked to our system and are offered during checkout process.
We do not offer international shipping.
Locations that are not being able to be fulfilled by logistic partners and restricted locations including, but not limited to: Changi Air Freight Center, Changi Airport, Jurong Island, Jurong Port, PSA Terminal Wharves – Tanjong Pagar / Pasir Panjang / Sembawang and MINDEF COMCEN.
As deliveries are linked to your selected logistic companies upon checkout, please check with the respective logistic companies after the items have been picked up.
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
