Currently, we do not support overseas orders and postage. But we are definitely planning to expand our coverage.
Our order processing time starts at 11am (business day) and orders received before 11am will be sent out on the same business day (only for courier and subjected to courier pick up schedule).
We will have quality checks before items are packed for delivery. Protective packing will be done to prevent damages during delivery. It is unlikely items will be damaged. However, in the unfortunate event that items are missing / faulty, simply send us an email via our contact us page and we will address your concerns.
Unfortunately, our policy do not allow refunds or return of items as quality checks are done before items are mailed out. Customized items will required a final approval from customers before production.
