For customers who selected self collection / local pickup, the collection is limited to business days (Monday to Friday) 9AM to 6PM. The pick up location is Loyang Rise. Please see below for exact location. Our system also provides customers to select their desired pickup date / time slot with the full address.
For urgent / emergencies, customer are advised to contact us via WhatsApp @ 87560180 or email via contact us page. This is only for customers who genuinely has an urgent request and the 4 hours delivery option cannot fulfil their requirements. A surcharge may be imposed.
Normal postage is best suited for small items and tracking capability is not available. It may also have risk of lost / delayed mails.
